If your child must miss school, please call the school office on the day of his/her absence. For information about attendance requirements and what qualifies as an excused absence, please refer to our student handbook.

Does St Stephens offer breakfast and lunch?
We operate an excellent nutrition program at no charge to our students. Our cafeteria serves breakfast and lunch every school day on campus. For more information, please see our Food Services page.
What would it take for my child to be on the honor roll?
We are thrilled for our students who excel, and we do many things to acknowledge and encourage their hard work and diligence. One of the ways we do so is by posting the honor roll at the end of each quarter. In order to qualify for the honor roll, students must achieve a 3.0 grade point average or better and may not receive grades lower than “C.” (We include the grades earned for elective and physical education when determining grades for the honor roll.)
Is there a lost and found at school?
Yes. When we find lost articles of clothing or other items, we ask that students and staff turn them into the office. If your child has lost something, please check in the office.
Can I meet with my child’s teacher to find out about his/her progress and grades?
We hold parent-teacher conferences at the end of the first and third quarters. We might ask parents to meet with school personnel at other times, and parents may request to meet with school personnel any time. We hold our school open house within the first few weeks of school.
Can my child have a cell phone at school?
We do not permit students to have cell phones or pagers during school hours. If students bring these devices to school, we will confiscate them and keep them in a safe place until the end of the day.
